1. Booking & Deposits
To confirm your appointment, we may request a deposit depending on the service. Your booking will not be finalized until the deposit is received.Deposits are non-refundable if cancelled within 24 hours of the appointment.
根据所预约服务的不同，我们可能会要求支付一定的押金。收到押金后，预约方可确认。若在预约前24小时内取消，则押金不予退还。
ご予約内容に応じて、事前にデポジット（予約金）をお願いする場合がございます。入金確認後、ご予約が確定となります。予約の24時間以内のキャンセルについては、デポジットは返金されません。
2. Cancellations & Rescheduling
You may reschedule or cancel your appointment up to 24 hours in advance free of charge. Late cancellations or no-shows will result in forfeiture of your deposit.
您可在预约前24小时免费更改或取消预约。逾期取消或未到店将导致押金被没收。
ご予約の変更またはキャンセルは、24時間前まで無料で可能です。それ以降のキャンセルや無断キャンセルは、デポジットが失効となります。
3. Service Policy
We reserve the right to refuse service to clients with health conditions, infectious diseases, or inappropriate behavior.Please arrive on time; clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may have their appointment shortened or cancelled.
对于患有传染病、特殊健康状况或行为不当的顾客，我们有权拒绝服务。请准时到店；迟到超过15分钟者，可能会被缩短服务时间或取消预约。
健康上の理由や不適切な行動が見られるお客様には、サービス提供をお断りする場合がございます。ご予約時間に15分以上遅れる場合、サービス内容を短縮、またはご予約をキャンセルさせていただくことがあります。
